•God sends His word to the worker to do His will.
•Jonah was contrary to the commands and commission of God to go to Nineveh and preach
•God told Jonah to go to Nineveh, but Jonah boarded a ship to go to Tarshish opposite from God’s instructions.There are some people who won’t hear God until they here you.
•Jonah’s disobedience was personal. Jonah had no problem obeying God, as long as it was something he wanted to do. It’s so easy to do what God says as long as it is comfortable and convenient.
